Psychosocial Safety Climate

Psychosocial safety climate theory suggests that interventions to improve workplace conditions and psychological health should be tailored to the level of the organization with a socially coordinated approach including management commitment and priority, organizational communication, participation and involvement.It proposes a new PSC theory concerning the corporate climate for workers’ psychological health, its origins and implications for work stress, and provides a critique of current research and theories.
