Outbound Tourism is the activity of travelling to a foreign country by the residential citizen. It can be for many purposes like VFR (visiting friends and relatives), Medical and health solutions, leisure & pleasure, business, academic or learning purpose. When a resident of a country crosses the border of his native country and travels the foreign land, this activity of residential tourist is seen as outbound tourism of that country.Outbound tourism comprises the activities of residents of a given country travelling to and staying in places outside their country of residence and outside their usual environment for not more than 12 consecutive months for leisure, business and other purposes. tourism entails the movement of people to countries or places outside their usual environment for personal or business/professional purposes.
