Obesity is one of the major lifestyle oroginated issues, throughout the worls. World's largest economies are prey of this. Obesity is a complex disease involving an excessive amount of body fat. Obesity isn't just a cosmetic concern. It is a medical problem that increases your risk of other diseases and health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain cancers. Worldwide obesity has nearly tripled since 1975. In 2016, more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older, were overweight. This is a major issue in this fast growing world. Obesity is an epidemic in the U.S. People are at higher risk for getting serious diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Obesity means having excess body fat. Adults 35 years of age and older with a BMI greater than 30 are obese. Obesity is not just a cosmetic consideration. Obesity means having far too much body fat. It's about much more than your clothing size or how you look. Obesity represents a state of excess storage of body fat. Although similar, the term overweight is puristically defined as an excess of body weight for height.
