Neonatal mortality is the number of deaths of the neonates per 1000 births. The neonatal mortality is the present challenge of the WHO Academy. The present statics have shown that more number of neonatal deaths is increasing every year.The probability of the deaths is more in the under developed countries due to low medical facilities and nutritional defects. Presently the African countries have been recorded to have maximum number of the infant deaths. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views.
