Neonatal jaundice commonly observes in newborns and which needs medical care. The symptoms are yellow coloration of skin and sclera in newborns. These occurs due to the accumulation of unconjugated bilirubin. In infants it is a normal process of accumulation of unconjugated bilirubin but in some cases the levels of bilirubin increases and become neurotoxic to infants leads to death. So newborns should be diagnosed regularly. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
