Initially newborns have no abnormalities but later stages due to less accumulation of mucopolysaccharides the symptoms will starts. In this disorders the physical appearance of baby changes with this defect. These can be treated initially in the neonatal nursing period. In this period the newborns should treat with the specific enzymes and also some times it needs bone marrow transplantation.
