It is a clinical condition in which blood pressure decreases in the arteries of systemic circulation. Main cause of hypotension is low blood volume, hormonal changes, broadening of blood vessels, side effects of medicine, anaemia, or other heart problems. If blood pressure is lower than 120/80 mm/Hg then it is said to be hypotension. Symptoms of hypotension are fainting, seizures, chest pain and shortness of breath. The most common target organ damage associated with hypertension is left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). An epidemiologic study revealed that the incidence rate of LVH in hypertension in the Chinese population. Early detection, diagnosis and treatment of LVH are significantly important for the prevention of CCVD in patients with hypertension. Hypertension diagnosis and treatment recommendations are based on average value CBP, and rarely take into account the correlation between circadian rhythm of blood pressure and target organ damage. the relationship between circadian rhythm of blood pressure and LVH in patients with hypertension. The results may provide the timing of drug administration for intervention of target organ damage in hypertension and prevention of hypertension-related cardiovascular diseases and death.
