High-intensity Interval Training Scholarly Peer-review Journal

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a time-efficient training idea to promote health in sedentary overweight/obese individuals in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT can be applied to running or to exercises such as squatting. HIIT is effective because the intensity is higher and both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance are increased while burning more fat than ever before. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
