In this world, it is proved that no two individuals have same fingerprints. In case of identical twins also the fingerprints differs and these fingerprints has an important analysis technique to solve crimes. Fingerprints analysis is old and unique technique serving enforcement field for more than 10 years.

In any crime, the major physical evidence will be used in the form of fingerprint analysis. In fingerprint analysis, data will be analysed using digital forensics. Every criminal will be updated with fingerprints, which are unique. Thus, by fingerprint analysis, the suspected criminals will be checked during similar crimes.

Footwear impressions provide an important source of evidence within a range of criminal investigations, placing suspects at a crime scene or linking multiple crimes, helping to gather criminal intelligence. Despite rapid advances in other areas of forensic science, the techniques and tools used to capture and analyze footwear evidence have hardly changed in over a hundred years. Tracks are still cast in plaster, photographed and compared visually. This is beginning to change as 3D imaging now offers a superior approach to the capture and analysis of footwear impressions. Until now however, the prohibitive investment in terms of equipment, software and training meant that it could only be applied in serious cases.
