Electrophoresis Review Articles

Electrophoresis is the movement of separate particles under the influence of electric field. This is and discrete method highly used in molecular biology for separation and characterization of protiens and DNA fragments. There are distinct types of electrophoresis: Gel electrophoresis, Affinity electrophoresis, DNA electrophoresis, etc. Review articles are the abstract of current state of understanding on a particular research topic. They study or discuss research previously published by scientist and academicians rather than reporting novel research results. Review article comes in the form of systematic analyze and literature analyze and are a form of secondary literature. Systematic reviews determine an detached list of criteria, and find all previously published original research papers that meet the criteria. They then observe the results presented in these papers. Literature reviews, by contrast, provide a brief of what the authors believe are the best and most relevant prior publications. The concept of "review article" is separate from the view of peer-reviewed literature. It is possible for a review to be peer-reviewed, and it is dependent for a review to be non-peer-reviewed.
