Thyroid disorders generally occur due autoimmune disorders. People with diabetes are more common to get thyroid disorders. People with diabetes have high risk of getting hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. It is more common in women than in men with diabetes. Type1 diabetes people have high risk of getting autoimmune disorders. About 30% of women with type risk have more chances of autoimmune disorders. Type 2 diabetes does not lead to autoimmune disorders. Still research is going on the type 2 diabetes whether it leads autoimmune disorders or not. Scholarly journal is a peer-reviewed journal in which scholarship relating to a particular academic discipline is published. Scholarly journals serve as forums for the introduction and presentation for scrutiny of new research, and the critique of existing research.
