Biomarkers are extremely important to enhance and progress precision medicine especially in cancer treatment. New findings regarding drugs affecting signal transduction pathways and immune checkpoint blockers are accumulated. Through these analyses, we've learned better findings for cancer treatment. I expect such new biomarkers paving the ways to new treatment strategies leading to precision medicine and the other biomarkers being useful for early diagnosis and treatment sensitivity.
