A bioanalytical method may be a set of procedures involved within the collection, processing, storage, and analysis of a biological matrix for a compound . Bioanalytical method validation (BMV) is that the process wont to establish that a quantitative analytical method is suitable for biochemical applications. Bioanalytical chemistry is that the quantitative determination of medicine and/or metabolites in biological matrices like blood, serum, plasma, or urine, tissue and skin samples specifically applied to toxicology, pharmacology, bioequivalence, pharmacokinetic, and bioavailability studies in animals or humans. Cross validation may be a comparison of validation parameters of two or more bioanalytical methods or techniques that are wont to generate data within an equivalent study or across different studies. An SOP or validation plan should define the standards a priori.
