Angiosarcoma is a rare type of cancer that forms in the lining. The most widely accepted treatment for cutaneous angiosarcoma (CAS) is wide local excision and postoperative radiation to decrease the riskf the blood vessels and lymph vessels. The lymph vessels, which are part of your immune system, collect bacteria, viruses and waste products from your body and dispose of them. It is an uncommon and aggressive malignant tumour (cancer) that arises from endothelial cells, which normally line the walls of blood or lymphatic. It is a rare and clinically highly variable cancer of blood vessels (a form of sarcoma).  Angiosarcoma patients are mostly diagnosed after the tumor has spread all over the body and this type of late identification may result in a poor prognosis. The prognosis of angiosarcoma is worse than that of primary soft tissue sarcomas. The 5-year survival rate of angiosarcomas is about 40%. Breast angiosarcoma is a rare malignancy with limited publications confined to small retrospective case reviews and case reports.  Angiosarcoma is a rare and aggressive malignant tumor of vascular origin.
