The Virtual University of Uganda (VUU) is licensed by the NCHE. It is the first established online university in Uganda. It brings premier learning resources to
public health and international development. VUU is working with Mbarara University of Science and Technology and University of Africa to make their establishment in the field of online
education in the East and Central Africa region. VUU aims to be the leading provider of quality online education. It is committed to become a hub for online
education in the East and Central Africa region. To this end, the VUU programs will be offered in two languages, first in English and later in French.
