The University of Huddersfield is public university established in 1825 as Science and Mechanic Institute in West Yorkshire, England. In nineteenth century students received other qualifications as external students of the University of London.

Education University. Sir Patrick Stewart is the Chancellor and Bob Cryan is the Vice-Chancellor. Currently the university has around 19,740 students 16,175 are Undergraduates and 3,570 Postgraduates.
The university main focused on strengthening and improving its research facility. In 2011 the university got the highest ranking by the International Graduate Insight Group. This is one of the top university in England.
