Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL; State University of Londrina) is one of the public university of the State of Paraná, Brazil. UEL was established in 1970, which being recognized formally by Federal Regulation 69.234/71. Later free teaching was applied at the Organization, and in 1991 it obtained an independence from the conditions. Since the 2005 entrance examination, UEL implemented a formal system of allocations for black students, as well as allocations for candidates via public educational institutions, in order to be present at social and public support policies. It is located in the town of Londrina which was the second biggest town and 4th biggest in the southeast area of the country. There are different departments and programs which are offered by the university: Cabinet of the Rectory; for-rectory of Graduation; for-rectory of research and masters degree; for-rectory of extension; for-rectory of
administration and finances; For-rectory of human resources, etc.
