The University of Vigo is a university which is located in the city of Vigo, Galicia, Spain. There are three campuses: Lagoas-Marcosende, between the municipalities of Vigo and Mos; A Xunqueira, in Pontevedra; As Lagoas, in Ourense; which are considered as the most technical universities of Galicia, it offers degrees in Mining engineering, Telecommunications,
Computer Science and Industrial Engineering. Exclusive centers in the University consist of: the Department of Translation and Linguistics offering a degree in Translation and Interpreting majoring in English and French as second languages. There are total 21,263 students and consist of 1500
administration staff.
