Agriculture and Applied Science, generally known as Mississippi State University (MSU) is located in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, United States, mostly in the town of Starkville and in part in an unincorporated territory. Medicine where it positioned eighty-fourth and twenty-fourth respectively. Coming to the
history of Mississippi State University started as The Agricultural and Mechanical College of the State of Mississippi, which is established after Congress, passed the Morrill Act in 1862. On February 28, 1878 by the Mississippi Legislature, who fulfill the mission of offering training in "agriculture,
horticulture and the mechanical arts including other scientific and classical studies, and military tactics" The university got first admissions in 1880 in the presidency of General Stephen D. Lee. Now the University is having all the facilities and they are providing different faculties.
