Istanbul Bilim University was established by the Turkish
Cardiology Foundation on 28 March 2006. Istanbul Bilim University serves international students, post-graduate students and
health professionals. The goal is to inculcate values of self-confidence, critical and creative thinking and to help develop problem solving skills while working in the real-life
health sector. Students, interns and specialists adopt multicultural views and gain experience and knowledge for competence on national and international platforms in their future working lives. The academic units in the university include: Medical Faculty, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Institute of
Health Sciences, Avrupa Florence Nightingale Hospital Clinical Research Center, Florence Nightingale Hospital School of Nursing, School of
Health and
Health Services Vocational School. Istanbul Bilim University aims to be the first in
health education, through the provision of scientific and qualified training by its academic staff renown on both national and international platforms.
