Isfahan University of Technology (IUt) is a university of higher
education in Iran. Isfahan University of Technology is one of the most prestigious Iranian Technology schools and admission to the University is limited to the top students who pass the national entrance examination administered yearly by the Ministry of Culture and Higher Education. The university is located in southern Isfahan, Hezarjarib Street. Isfahan University of Technology provides both undergraduate and graduate programs in 32 main departments. The student body consists of about 12000 students from all the 31 Provinces of Iran and some foreign countries. Funding for Isfahan University of Technology is provided by the government and some through private investments.
