education to more than 3200 students through their 3 Post- Diploma courses, 28 B.A. courses, 15 M.A. courses and 4 Ph.D programs. The major research departments of this include Natural sciences, Arts and Humanities, technical and engineering of Gorgan and technical and engineering of Aliabad. The main motto of Golestan University is to provide a scientific environment for developing the new idea, facilitating consistent learning, expansion of technical and engineering courses.
