Glyndŵr University is established in the year of 2008 and is one of the youngest universities in the UK. The university was named over a Welsh scholar, called as Owain Glyndŵr. Glyndŵr University is located in North Wales, London. Glyndŵr University has more than 9,000 students, 85% of these are undergraduate students and 1500 making up the postgraduate student population. Glyndŵr University also owns research departments such as Creative and Applied Research for the Digital Society, University Research Centre for Management, University Research Centre for Health, Wellbeing and Society, University Research Centre for Materials, Engineering and Manufacturing. The university research centres foster and supports interdisciplinary working in all academic areas.
