Clinical Imagining Research Centre

Clinical Imagining Research Centre (CIRC) is a joint venture of National University of Singapore and Agency for science, Technology and Research (ASTR) located in Singapore. The major aim of this center is to serve as a common national imaging resource data base. The major objectives of CIRC involve development of novel imaging methods, imaging agents and biomarkers. CIRC also serves as a world-class clinical research institute that develops and facilitates imaging tools and techniques. Most of the research in CIRC falls under fields such as infectious diseases, metabolic disorders, neuroscience, cardiology and oncology. The ongoing research in CIRC facilitates improving clinical and healthcare outcomes by monitoring disease progression and enhancing the process of drug discovery. CIRC is having partnership with major institutes such as Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), National University of Singapore (NUS), National University Health System (NUHS), NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSoM) and Singapore Bioimaging Consortium (SBIC).
