Chaohu University, set up in 1977, is a country-run and multi-subject provincial organization presenting complete-time undergraduate guides. The University is located in the picturesque Bantang Resort and Vacation District that is well-known for its thermo-spa sanatoria and holiday accommodations within the east of Chaohu, a city embracing the Chaohu Lake inside the important part of Anhui Province. At present its campus covers 86 hectares with a built-up location of 230,000 square metres. Management .There are 33 complete-time undergraduate courses in Chinese language and literature, English, fine arts and layout, international change and economy, inorganic nonmetalic material engineering, electric engineering and automation, pc technology and era,
advertising and marketing, applied
psychology etc. And 26 University publications on commercial English,
tourism control and current pedagogy and era and so forth. There are eight topics covering literature, science, history, engineering, regulation, management,
economics and pedagogy.

Achievements
The University has been successively presented “the National
Model University within the Construction of Spiritual ” “the National
Model University in Social Practice” and “the National
Model University in Art
Education ” with the aid of the Ministry of
Education , and “the University of Garden”, “the University of Afforestation”, “ the University of Civilization” and “ the
Model University of Civilization” by provincial authorities as properly. In January of 2009,were awarded "the National
