Management School (AMS) is the University of Antwerps autonomous
business school. It is located in in Het Brantijser, a building on the University of Antwerps Stadscampus. it was affiliated to the University of Antwerp, and Antwerp
Management School offers a selection of master’s degrees, executive MBA programs, an executive PhD, and short courses for professional development. Courses have an international focus, with interactive classes, a personalized approach, and a final project in which students apply their knowledge through practical experience. In the Financial Timess prestigious global rankings of Executive MBAs, AMS comes in at number 50.
The Antwerp
Management School was founded in 1959 as the "Instituut voor Postuniversitair Onderwijs" (Institute for Post-University Education) and was the most prestigious
management training school of its day. The institute trained high-level managers who have gone on to occupy positions in large companies and organisations, and who have therefore had a significant influence on the development of Antwerp, Flanders, Belgium and beyond.
Over time, the Antwerp
Management School developed into a full-fledged
business school and began to play a prominent international role. It prepares future managers and leaders for key positions in the global
business community and stimulates world citizenship, leadership and professionalism. The emphasis is on sustainability, and this has led to the creation of projects such as the Antwerp
Management School fund for Sustainable and Innovative Entrepreneurship. The funds aim is to further develop entrepreneurial talent in the global South.

Management School is offering 14 master programmes including 6 accredited English speaking Master programs, 2 Dutch speaking Master programs and more than sixty short or long-term executive programs on a variety of subjects.
