Al Neelain University was established by a presidential decree on March 13, 1993. Under the general policy of Sudan and the National Council programs, the University operates to enhance knowledge and learning prospects and the development of curricula for contributing to the development of Sudan in different cultural, social and economic fields.
Vision: To create a bright future in which Al-Neelain University is recognized as a leader among public universities in: Teaching, scholarships, and public services; Economic development; Scientific research and Arts and culture.
Mission: The core mission of the Al-Neelain University is to prepare an ambitious generation to contribute to the community development at the scientific, cultural and economic levels.
The graduate is an ambassador of the university and acts as a representative of it across the globe. Accordingly, the university was keen to create this space to strengthen the communication between the university and its graduates and, on the other hand, to maintain a solid linkage between the graduates themselves.
