After doing a Masters in organic chemistry, he decided to accept a permanent role rather than stay at university and do a PhD. Ironically, He is a PhD scholar for which the company is paying for. He has worked on lots of different drugs for respiratory. He is a Chemist and has been assigned a biological mentor who helps to develop technical skills in biology.
