Biography

Jalal Uddin has completed his BSc in Chemistry in 2005, and MSc in Organic Chemistry in 2007 from University of Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan. He worked as an intern at H E J Research Institute of Chemistry, University of Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan during 2009-2010. He is currently a PhD student in the field of molecular sciences, with two major projects entitled “NMR based metabolomic approach to identify the botanical and geographical origin of Italian honey” and “Metabolite profiling of rat urine after treatment with antioxidants in nutraceutical products by NMR and Mass spectrometry”.
