Shao Suqin is currently working in Guelph food Research Centre.H made his recent publications on "Effects of UV-C treatment and cold storage on ergosterol and Vitamin D2 contents in different parts of white and brown mushroom (Agaricus bisporus)." in the year 2016 along with that he is doing his research projects in Agriculture and Agri-Food.
He is expertise in chemical food safety hazards, analytical chemistry, food chemistry, food processing induced toxicants, effect of food processing on toxicants,. method development for detoxification.
