Biography

S Libertino got her PhD (1998) at the University of Catania. From 1997 she works at the Microelectronic and Microsystems institute (IMM) of the Italian National Council  of  Research  (CNR),  since  2007  with  the  role  of  Senior  Researcher.  Her  research  interests  are  oriented  to  the  design  and  fabrication  of  Si-based microelectronic and optoelectronic devices and to biological molecules integration in these devices for sensor applications. She has co-authored 3 chapters of books and more than 100 papers published in international journals.
