Biography

 Dr. RoseEmma Mamaa Entsua-Mensah is currently the Deputy-Director General of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research and in charge of coordinating the research activities of its 13 institutes. She is a Chief Research Scientist and also in charge of Commercialization. Dr. Entsua-Mensah holds a B.Sc. in Zoology, Diploma in Education, M.Sc. Aquatic Biology from the university of Cape Coast and a Ph.D. in fisheries Science from the University of Ghana. She also holds a certificate in Aquatic Resource Management from the University of Hull, UK, a Certificate in Environmental Impact Assessment, and a Certificate in Aquaculture Production, Environmental Consideration and Food Safety from Israel as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from GIMPA.
