My specific educational background and my professional experience in the public Agro-Industry and private business sectors allow me to understand Nutrition,Food Science , Packaging Science, sale and customer service very well. Through both my academic and professional endeavors, I developed a detailed understanding of the intricacies of the Food Industry. I have trained in various departments learning to choose raw materials, participate in product development and quality control, all the way through packaging, distribution and sales. I have extensively worked in developing edible films and plastic films for food products and packages. Thereby, I have learned about domestic and international regulations for both food products and packaging. In addition, through coursework in Human Nutrition, I have learned a great deal about human physiology and the impact of various nutrients on health overall. My Master’s thesis explored the effects of probiotics, and focused on the development of detection methods for beneficial gut microbiota using Molecular Biology techniques along with Microbiology knowledge.
