Biography

 Peter first joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004 as Worldwide Vice President, Human Resources for Cordis Corporation. He was then named Vice President, Global Talent Management, with responsibility for executive assessment and development. He left Johnson & Johnson in 2007 to join Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) as Chief Talent Officer for the portfolio companies owned by the firm. He returned to Johnson & Johnson in September 2010 as Vice President, Global Human Resources.

Research Intrest

 Peter has more than 25 years of global experience in healthcare, having spent 13 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb in executive level, human resource roles in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer segments. He serves on the Board of the Human Resources Policy Association in Washington, D.C., is an Advisory Board Member of the Trust for Public Land in New Jersey and also serves on the Board of Arm in Arm of Mercer County. Peter earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Delaware, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Providence College.
