He holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2002), a Master's Degree in Biological Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2003), a PhD in Biological Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2007) PhD in the area of ​​Molecular Biology at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (2010). He is currently a researcher at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, Young Scientist at Our State by FAPERJ, coordinator of the Chagas Disease Translational Research Program (Fio-Chagas) of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation and manager of the FIOCRUZ Real Time PCR platform (RPT09A). He is permanent advisor of the Graduate in Cellular and Molecular Biology and member of the Commission of the Stricto Sensu Post-Graduation Program in Vigilance and Control of Vectors of the Oswaldo Cruz Institute.
