Biography

Botanist & Plant Ecologist, Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (2013 – present). Joint Recording Secretary, British Bryological Society (2013 – present). Post-doctoral research assistant, Urban BESS, University of Sheffield (2013). He also acting as an Associate Editor, Biological Flora of the British Isles (Journal of Ecology) since 2016.

Research Intrest

Research currently focuses on the design of a new national plant monitoring scheme that will fill the gap between professional wider countryside surveys and the ‘Atlas’-style information on plant distributions collected by volunteer recorders.
