Min-Chi Hsiao received his B.S. and M.S degrees in biomedical engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University, Chung-Li, Taiwan, in 1998 and 2000, respectively. From 2002 to 2003, he worked as a research assistant in neural regeneration lab, Taipei Veteran General Hospital, Taiwan. He then pursued his Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering at University of Southern California (USC). After graduated in 2009, he had a three-year postdoctoral training in Center for Neural Engineering at USC. He is now a research associate in the same institute.
