Biography

Margot Brulard (°1990) is a history graduate of the Université catholique de Louvain. She dedicated her master thesis to the analysis of the representation of Augusto Pinochet in the photographs of the Chilean press between 1973 and 1988. She also did a Master of Cultural Management at the University of Maastricht. In this context, she did a traineeship at the In Flanders Fields museum (Ieper) where she studied the impact of witness accounts on the museum visitor. Since October 2015, she is in charge of the Brain project Belvirmus that wants to establish a virtual platform regarding the Second World War, destined for the wider public.
