Biography

Lounis Azzeddine is titular diploma of Master and Doctorate (Ph.D. degree 1996) in Nuclear Engineering (Algiers University). At present, he is a Professor of Material Science and Engineering at Algiers University. In the field of research, he is a Director of research at the Laboratory of Sciences and Material Engineering. He works in the following specialities: Hydrometallurgy of uranium ores, treatment of waste waters by membrane technology, chemical degradation, photodegradation, behaviour of polymer under irradiation, and material properties (corrosion).
