Koutchma Tatiana is Currently working in Guelph food research Centre in the department of Agriculture and food.The recent publication was made in 2016 on "Effect of salt types and concentrations on the high-pressure inactivation of Listeria monocytogenes in ground chicken.".

Thermal processing innovative processing technologies with emphasis on ultraviolet light irradiation, microwave heating, ultra high pressure process calculations modeling reaction kinetics engineering properties of foods process validation.
