Biography

Kenneth Bart is an electron micropscopist whose research interests are diverse and include pathogenic fungal control, microbial biofilm development and, recently, the microscopic analysis of Antarctic ice cores. His research has been supported by a National Science Foundation -ILI grant and has been published in journals such as the Journal of Cell Biology, Microscopy Research Techniques, Fungal Genetics and Biology. He was trained in phycology/microbiology at the State Univeristy of New York at Binghamton.
