Biography

Karl-Erik Gustavsson is working as a research engineer at the Department of Plant Processing in SLU since 1994. He is also a research engineer at the Department of Biosystems and Technology.

Research Intrest

HPLC analysis of antioxidants in plant products; Analysis of the ethylene content of the headspace; GC analysis.
