Jukka Komulainen is a postdoctoral researcher Center for Machine Vision and Signal Analysis (CMVS). His general research interests include audio and image processing, computer vision, machine learning, pattern recognition and augmented reality. His particular focus has been on biometrics and especially presentation attack detection (PAD), also referred to as e.g. anti-spoofing and liveness detection. Currently, he is working on continuous authentication on mobile devices within the Post Docs in Companies (PoDoCo) program.
