Biography

Dr. Josep Villanueva is currently working as a Head of the Tumor Biomarkers Program  in the Department of Oncology, Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology , Spain. His research interests includes Breast Cancer, secretomes, signaling pathways linked to tumorigenesis. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Josep Villanueva is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Breast Cancer, secretomes, signaling pathways linked to tumorigenesis.

Research Intrest

Discovery of Secreted Tumor-specific Biomarkers in Breast Cancer by Proteomics. Establishment of Secreted Pathway-activation proteomic signatures from signaling pathways linked to tumorigenesis. Characterization of the tumor microenvironment by the proteomic profiling of secretomes.
