Joel has been a university lecturer in Prague since 2011 and worked in sales, public relations and advertising both in the USA and in the Czech Republic. He is a founding partner of Language & Skills, a network of teachers focused on delivering high-end hard/soft skills seminars. Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas (1998, USA) and a Masters of International Management from Teesside University (2015, CR, UK). His research interests include Change Management in small firms, Entrepreneurship, Personal Development and Marketing. Joel is a certified English/Czech translator, a cautious rock climber, and a dismally land-locked SCUBA diver.
