Giuseppe Giorgini was appointed CEO and Chairman of the Board in January 2006. Since 1979 he has held several roles in marketing and general management, working for leading domestic and international pharmaceutical companies, as well as starting up the Italian subsidiaries for Amgen and Fournier. Giuseppe was Managing Director at Amgen Italy until December 2005.He is currently serving as Vice President of Assobiotech. For more than 12 years he was active within the pharmaceutical trade association (Farmindustria) where he was a member of the Council and Chairman of the Biotech Group until December 2005.
