Gisele Roesems is the Deputy Head of Unit of the “(ICT for) Health and Wellbeing” unit within DG CONNECT, the Communications Networks, Content and Technology DG.She joined the European Commission in 1994 as a scientific officer in the domain of Software technologies in the ICT research programme and then moved on to the areas Micro/Nanosystems and Nanoelectronics.
