Flordeliza J. Saile finished her degree in Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Far Eastern University in 1977. Immediately after graduation, FONG joined Interphil Laboratories, Inc. as a Technical Trainee.From thereon, she rose from the ranks handling various positions as QC Analyst, to Forelady, to Management Trainee, to Section Manager, to Department Manager of Materials Quality Control. Fong was appointed Quality Assurance Division Manager on August 1, 2016. She has 40 years of solid technical and managerial experience.
