Flip Klijn joined the Institute in January 2004. His research areas are matching theory, market design, game theory, operations research, and social choice theory. Before joining the Institute he was a Marie Curie Research Fellow at CODE, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, to work on the EU funded project 'Married Couples in European Professional Labor Markets: Coordination, Stability, and Algorithms'. During academic year 2009-2010 he was an invited research fellow at Harvard Business School.
