Andrew has a BSc(Hons) and a PhD, both in Psychology (Plymouth and Warwick, respectively). Much of his research is in applied aviation psychology (e.g., pilot decision-making), although occasionally he collaborates with researchers on other projects of interest. Andrew's research has been featured in the British Psychological Society's Digest and has been written about in newspapers such as the Independent (UK) and the HR website HRZone.
